Tori Wittmeyer
- Tori received her Bachelor's and Master's Degree from Florida State University where she studied Communication Science and Disorders to become a speech-language pathologist. After graduation, Tori moved from Tallahassee, FL to Decatur, GA. In graduate school, she has had clinical experience in outpatient, private practice, and school settings. These experiences have ignited and refined her passion for pediatric therapy that is child-led and play-based to target speech and language. She has worked with a variety of children presenting with autism spectrum disorder, speech sound and motor speech disorders, fluency disorders, and receptive/expressive language disorders. She also has experience utilizing a variety of Alternative and Augmentative Communication devices and promotes the use of multi-modal communication. Tori believes that the utmost important role of an SLP is to empower children and their families through personalized services to reach their full potential. On the weekends, she enjoys being outside, reading, shopping, and traveling.
