Chance Wilby
- I began my journey with On Target as an intern and quickly grew to love the therapists and the environment. After obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I was offered the role of receptionist here that I happily accepted as I wanted to continue to grow and foster my relationships not only with my coworkers, but the children that I made connections with through shadowing. Through my role as the receptionist at On Target, I grew passionate in advocating for children, streamlining processes, and bringing a positive light to people's experience when they come into the office. I have recently been honored in being promoted to Office Manager and hope to continue to bring positivity, structure, and a helping hand to those who are in need for years to come.
