Aja Payton
- Aja holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Community Wellness from the University of West Georgia. Raised in Atlanta, she brings diverse experience across customer service, supervisory, and client-centered roles. Most recently, Aja worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she celebrated developmental milestones with children every day. She is excited to join On Target’s team! She is passionate about supporting patients, collaborating with her team, and building a long-term career in healthcare. Outside of work, Aja enjoys watching anime, spending quality time with family, playing games, traveling, and exploring the outdoors. She is thrilled to help patients access the care they need!
