Meet On Target Pediatric Therapy's Team
At On Target Pediatric Therapy, our experienced team of pediatric specialists is dedicated to helping children reach their full potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. From our founding therapists to our licensed occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, music therapists, and physical therapists, each team member brings specialized expertise to support your child's developmental needs. Backed by a caring administrative team, we work collaboratively with families to create individualized therapy plans that nurture progress in a safe, supportive environment.
Our Founders
On Target Pediatric Therapy was established by Jennifer and Rachel to provide a comprehensive yet affordable avenue of care for our children.
- Jennifer, in addition to co-founding On Target Pediatric Therapy, earned her Masters in Science from Columbia University and has over half a decade of professional experience. Jennifer is a self proclaimed 'therapy kid' who strives to enable children to feel the empowerment and loving care she felt from a great Occupational Therapist. She seeks to wholeheartedly assess each child by their strengths and use these unique traits to maximize their potential. Jennifer has worked in pediatric rehabilitation facilities, special need preschools, elementary and middle schools, evaluation centers and private clinics. Read more...
- Besides co-founding On Target Pediatric Therapy, Rachel has over 10 years of experience and a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Downstate University in New York. Rachel is passionate about bringing her expertise to a practice where children and their families can feel success in a tangible and genuine way. Avid about parental involvement, Rachel has spent years implementing approaches that enhance parent involvement in the therapy process. Rachel has treated a broad age range of pediatric clients, ranging from a few weeks old through middle school age, and clients with myriad diagnoses, enabling her to have a comprehensive understanding of pediatric occupational therapy. - Sarah Frances is an occupational therapist from Atlanta. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with bachelor's degrees in biology and psychology and received her master's degree in occupational therapy at Georgia State University. At GSU, Sarah Frances pursued additional coursework in early intervention and completed fieldwork rotations in acute care and outpatient pediatrics. Sarah Frances is passionate about pediatrics and has worked as a childcare provider in various settings since she was in high school. She strongly believes that high-quality therapy services should be accessible to everyone, regardless of circumstance, and this shared value attracted her to On Target. Read more...
- Krista Grasser originally hails from the wild and wonderful mountains of West Virginia. Krista earned her Masters of Occupational Therapy from West Virginia University in 2016. After graduating, Krista and her husband moved to Texas. Her earliest experience as an Occupational Therapist was providing in-home therapy to children in Southeast Texas. Krista then transitioned to providing therapy services at a skilled nursing facility. Krista returned to pediatrics in 2017 and began working with children in a clinical setting as well as in the public school system. In 2021, Krista and her husband relocated to the Atlanta area and she continued her work with children. Read more...
- Kate grew up in the Chicago area, and received her bachelor's degrees in human physiology and music from the University of Iowa in 2017. She then moved to Florida to attend the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences to pursue her dream of becoming an occupational therapist. During her program, she had the opportunity to complete fieldwork rotations in hand therapy and outpatient pediatrics. Although she enjoys working with people of all ages, she developed a passion for working with kids. To complete her doctoral project, she created and implemented a pediatric group drumming program to promote social participation. Read more...
- Sophie Schwarze is a licensed occupational therapist who grew up in Atlanta. Sophie graduated with her Bachelor's of Science in 2018. Sophie was a neurodevelopmental teacher at Jacob's Ladder Center for 2 years before receiving her Masters in occupational therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2022. Sophie has always enjoyed working with individuals with different needs and abilities and is excited to be working with this great population. - Misa is a certified and registered occupational therapist licensed in the state of Georgia. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Georgia and Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University. She has experience in working with diverse pediatric populations ranging from infants to 22 years of age. She has received training in Astronaut Program, Feeding, Primitive Reflex Integration, Brain Gym Implementation, Sensory Integration, Alert Program, CBT, Handwriting without Tears, and Neurocognitive and Upper Extremity Impairment. - Kendall Dunn is a licensed Physical Therapist who grew up in Northern Virginia. She graduated from Christopher Newport University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. In 2021, she graduated from Old Dominion University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, where she held many leadership positions such as President of the PT Program. After graduation, she moved to Atlanta with her significant other in June. Kendall has always had a passion for working with children in exercise settings to reach their highest potential and is excited to start her career here at On Target Pediatric Therapy. Read more...
- Leslie grew up in Huntsville, Alabama. She graduated in 2019 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. After graduating, she spent a year and a half in Nashville where she loved watching their hockey team. While in Nashville, Leslie worked in a skilled nursing facility throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. She moved to Atlanta in 2021 after meeting her husband and is so excited to get back to working in pediatrics. - Natalie Weber is a licensed physical therapist from Glen Allen, Virginia. Natalie received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and minored in Leadership Studies from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA, and her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Radford University in Roanoke, VA. During Physical Therapy school, she served as her class president and traveled to present her research at the American College of Sports Medicine World Congress as well as the American Physical Therapy Association Combined Sections Meeting. She is passionate about working with children and helping them fulfill their highest potential in a fun and functional way! - Michelle earned her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 1999. She worked in public schools in Maryland and Massachusetts for 12 years providing therapy services to children with a wide variety of special needs. During that time she additionally took on the responsibility of being the Special Education Team Leader at one of the schools in Massachusetts where she helped write comprehensive IEPs for the students in that school district. After leaving Massachusetts, Michelle spent a few years being a full-time mom and is now excited to return to her first passion, helping children learn to use their motor skills to the best of their abilities. - Sydney is an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a lot of experience working with pediatric populations and multicultural clients. She received my Bachelor's of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at The University of Georgia and my Master's of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Georgia Southern. She spent a lot of her career as a school-based SLP, traveling around Dekalb County and focusing her skills in a high need, refugee community in Clarkston. - Stefanie is a speech-language pathologist originally from New Orleans. She obtained her master's degree from Louisiana State University, where she completed a thesis on experiences in vocal handicap among diverse populations. Prior to her work in private practice, she worked as a speech-language pathologist in both public school and hospital settings. Stefanie has a special interest in feeding, swallowing, voice, and motor speech disorders. She is also interested in autism/neurodiversity acceptance and advocacy. Her experience as a selectively mute child allows her to bring a special perspective to treatment, as she can remember what it was like to be unable to communicate effectively. Read more...
- Kamari Toney is a dedicated speech-language pathologist with a passion for enhancing communication in pediatric populations and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders, along with a Spanish for Professionals Certification, from Valdosta State University. Kamari then completed her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Memphis and holds a certification in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Throughout her graduate program, Kamari gained valuable experience in various settings, including outpatient clinics, private practices, hospitals, and schools. - Megan received her Bachelor's Degree from Saint Louis University where she studied Communication Sciences and Disorders and Special Education. Following graduation, she worked in a primary classroom at an Oral Deaf Education school where she expanded her experience and refined her passion. Working in a classroom setting highlighted the importance of individualized instruction and grew her love of helping children find their voice through various communication methods. She received her Masters of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Kent State University. - Tori received her Bachelor's and Master's Degree from Florida State University where she studied Communication Science and Disorders to become a speech-language pathologist. After graduation, Tori moved from Tallahassee, FL to Decatur, GA. In graduate school, she has had clinical experience in outpatient, private practice, and school settings. These experiences have ignited and refined her passion for pediatric therapy that is child-led and play-based to target speech and language. She has worked with a variety of children presenting with autism spectrum disorder, speech sound and motor speech disorders, fluency disorders, and receptive/expressive language disorders. - Christina is a speech-pathologist in her clinical fellowship year from Peachtree City, Georgia. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's of Science in Education in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Master's of Education in Communication Sciences and Disorders. During her time at the University of Georgia, Christina gained valuable clinical experience at the University of Georgia - Speech and Hearing Clinic, as well as in school and hospital settings. Her passion for helping children with communication challenges deepened during her role as a graduate clinician at summer camps where she provided intensive therapy for children using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices. - Becky Broadfoot, MA, CCC-SLP is a speech language pathologist who graduated with a BA and MA in Speech Language Pathology at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is also a member of ASHA. Becky has specialized in pediatrics with 28 years of experience, serving children in schools, birth to three programs and out patient hospital therapy centers. Becky loves to work as an interdisciplinary team member and support children in all areas of need. - Cailan is a dedicated speech-language pathologist who loves helping children find their voices in ways that feel natural and meaningful. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Science and Disorders from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Communication Science and Disorders from Georgia State University. With experience in both school and private practice settings, Cailan has worked with children of varying communication needs, including those with autism spectrum disorder, speech sound and motor speech disorders, fluency disorders, and receptive and expressive language disorders. - Hannah is a passionate speech-language pathologist who supports children's communication through engaging, individualized therapy sessions. She earned her Masters from the University of Georgia, where she gained hands-on experience in clinics, schools, and hospitals treating speech and language disorders across the lifespan. Before joining On Target Pediatric Therapy, she worked for three years in an elementary school setting, serving students with a wide range of needs, including autism, neurological disorders, speech sound disorders, expressive/receptive language disorders, AAC, fluency disorders, and more. - Amanda Rosenfield, a music therapist, graduated from the University of Kansas in 2020 with a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Therapy. She completed her clinical internship at the Institute for Therapy Through the Arts in Evanston, Illinois, where she had the privilege of being a part of an interdisciplinary team of drama, art, and dance/movement therapists. Amanda initially worked at a private practice in New York through which she saw clients in schools and in homes. She relocated to Atlanta last year with her husband and is excited to join the On Target team! Amanda utilizes a strengths-based approach in her music therapy practice along with a developmental lens and focus on the neurologic functions of music. Read more...

- Courtney Davis earned a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in health services from Columbus State University. She gained over six years of experience working in primary care, hospice, and ophthalmology before finding her way to On Target Pediatric Therapy. Courtney is passionate about healthcare and the systems that make it more accessible to those in need. She is constantly finding ways to improve each patient's experience. - Hailing from England, Gaby graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Communications, with a focus on interpersonal communication, marketing, and psychology. After university, she trekked across 3 continents to expand her knowledge and understanding of other cultures and then moved to Israel, raising her young family, before finally settling in Atlanta in 2012. Gaby gained extensive management skills through her experience as a Realtor and property manager in both the UK and Georgia, where she managed over 75 properties. - Tynasha is the Authorization/ Insurance Verification Specialist. She's a Clinical Certified Medical Assistant, she also has her CPAR Certified patient account representative certification. She's been working with back office, insurance, medical record and authorization for about 10 years. She relocated from Charleston SC to Georgia 7 years ago .
