Insurance Policies
At On Target Pediatric Therapy, LLC we accept most major insurances as well as private pay clients. It is important to understand that insurance will only cover therapy sessions THEY deem MEDICALLY NECESSARY. All initial visits will require a prescription for a therapy "evaluation and treatment" from your child's pediatrician.
Upon review of your insurance benefits, we will contact you to further clarify the frequency of services you are entitled to as well as your responsible costs.
Please remember that this varies based on your child's individual needs as well as your insurance coverage. Additional sessions not covered by your insurance company will be billed at private pay rates.

Discounts available for children requiring multiple evaluations.
Therapy Session $75
30 minute session (can be performed alone or in collaboration with a different service).
